On behalf of the APIC college fraternity; I wish to invite everyone to enroll with us for various courses offered- at competitive rates, in our institution of learning. The brainchild of this project (setting up an educational institution) was inspired by his belief that Kenyans- creed, tribe, race or economic status notwithstanding- deserve better educational services, than what they were being compelled to avail of. With this idea in mind, the pragmatic, prudent and visionary leader created the business opportunity in the service industry; which enabled him to institute an entity that would plan, manage and execute mentorship programme, academic and professional courses as well as conducting social development activities. Pursuant to this noble course,APIC college was established in the year, 2017, and has registered tremendous growth in service provision, market share and social responsibility fronts; the aspirations whose pursuit has initiated a paradigm shift in the reading culture, attitude and temperament of the people residing in the larger Embakasi sub-county, Nairobi. Guided by our collective view that technology is the only way to negotiate the obstacles, mitigate the glitches and transcend boundaries into the frontiers of invention and innovation; which brings about therapeutic value to life’s activities, we continue investing in acquiring, and empowering our human resource. Consequently, the synergy has been leveraged upon to adapt our systems to the technological revolution; leading to the attainment of goal congruence, with other stakeholders. The courses we offer are tailor-made to aid in providing means of satisfying-dynamic- industrial and business needs. The teaching fraternity helps the learners to remain in touch with their dreams, and aspiration-even as they maintain the will to work with realities of life. We accomplish this cause through mentoring, guidance and counseling; which enhance their ability to develop skills of dealing with self, others (organizational skills) and decision-making skills. With the dawn of information technology, we strive to ensure that we align our operations with the evolving concept of ‘Management by Objective (MBO)’ which enhances data analytics, hence the appropriate interpretation of the behavior of the critical variables. In addition, the internal audit structure, which is currently dependent upon the ‘Artificial Intelligence’, is well established within our organization-the cutting edge instrument, to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and overall productivity. The AI relies upon the availability of big data source, and algorithm; which our college has in bounty. Our caregivers are guided by high sense of professional ethos, professional ethics and professional ethics; the value system we help our learners to inculcate.
